USA Rewrites Black History; The Underground Railroad
Harriet Tubman was a key figure in The Resistance against the White European Slavers in her work freeing those enslaved through the “Underground Railroad”. She was a singular beacon of light in the face of hopelessness and suffering nearly beyond imagination, for many. She saved many lives and inspired countless more. She made massive inroads toward radial equality and Black Empowerment that today, have suffered a major setback.
The National Park Service has scrubbed and sanitized the entry on Harriet, devaluing it's significance in Black History and to instead bolster White Colonist History. The systematic radical marginalization we are witness to is not unlike the acts of the Nazi's during Hitler's time in power. This is a blatant act of violence that is know as Invisible Violence. In this case, Cultural Violence. This attack must not go unanswered.
The Palestinian Plight should have been and early warning to us all that a United Resistance is the only way we'll survive this. I speak of survival right now because this is truly existential for many. Leading up to the present state of affairs I've been labelled an alarmist but I'M SOUNDING THE ALARM. Rights for people of color, any color that is not white, are being eroded. Minority groups that make up the Most Vulnerable, under attack. Reconsolidation of White Power can't be ignored anymore and it's only going to get worse. That slippery slope is steeper than ever.
We see patterns emerge. Patterns in Gaza, West Bank. Patterns of marginalization and erosion of rights until the people are so constrained that water is not even a basic right. Then, the Force Monopoly cries victim when there is resistance and they justify what you see today as their justification for total ethnic cleansing and Genocide. This is happening right now in the USA. What's happening in Gaza is happening in America against all minorities, it's just in a slightly earlier stage.
Today we call a Global General Strike! If you are at work, school be sick and walk out. If you aren't their yet, DON'T GO!
Instead, take to the streets. Stand with Our Resistance and RESIST! Nothing hurts a rich man more than a light pocketbook. Hit the man where it hurts!
Divided we fall. Let's hold each other's hands and stand together.
